Records Management

Specialty Moving Systems, Inc. Records Management Division provides a secure, economical and accessible alternative for your company's records, files and archives, enabling you to use your office space in a more efficient, less costly manner. Your cartons are stored on a per box/per month basis with pick-up and delivery services provided. All cartons are bar-coded for inventory and security control. You may access or we can deliver a single file or multiple cartons. Your office space can be expensive – utilizing our records management systems and facility is not.
